Formal Parish Council Meeting commenced; Standing Orders invoked:
26/063 To receive apologies and reasons for absence: Apologies were received from Cllr Julie Todd and Cllr Garry Dickinson, which were accepted.
26/064 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items, not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests: none noted.
26/065 AGAR. Report from the Internal Auditor and completed documentation for signature by the Chair:
RESOLVED:
- Internal Audit completed. Noted items addressed.
- Section 1 - Annual Governance Statement 2025/26 agreed and signed by the Chair and Clerk
- Section 2 – Accounting Statements 2025/26 agreed and signed by the Chair and Clerk
- External audit is required: documents to be submitted by the clerk to PKF Littlejohn
- Agreed period for the Notice of Public Inspection commencing Tuesday 23 June to Monday 3 August 2026.
